Gratitude brings a sense of well-being

Stand or sit comfortably with palms over your heart. Close your eyes and notice the sound of your breath and the beating of your heart. To yourself, note positive things about you. (For example, “I am a kind and generous person.”) Note people or things for whom you are grateful. As you go about your day, remember these happy thoughts about yourself and others.
